Any machine shop should be able to bore, the crankshaft will be fine with the upgrade,and the jet kit consists of air filter and some jets 128 -140 - i use the dyno jet kit.I have no idea that the 350x had a oil cooler but you can get a Jagg oil cooler for the 300ex from White Bros.

is it true that a racing cam on a stock 350x give 10 more HP ?

if a 350x is 27hp.. do you think the 355cc will aproxitively be the same or 30hp and that whit no other mods..
cam = 10hp more..... 27 + 10 = 37 hp
