Any body have anycomparisions of blaster to 250ex...thanx!!

 

I rode a 250ex today and agree with most all the replies made, really nice machine. The machine that i rode was 1 week old, there seemed to be alot of handle bar vibration(excessive to me)but i am not fimiliar with recons or this machine. This is the first quad the owner has ever had or ridden. Do yours vibrate the handle bars? Should he take it back to the dealer? or is this normal? Thanks for your help. Honda will sell a ton of these.

 

our handlebars don't vibrate... in fact, the quad asa whole runs smoother than my 250X, but maybe that's the 10 year age difference showing

 

darn now im wondering 250ex or 300ex?

 

My 2000 Recon had the handlebar vibration. The dealer told me it was because of the way the engine was mounted. It was annoying to the extreme. Sold it and bought a 300ex... no vibrations there!

Get the 300ex! Better quad by far... you won't be disappointed.

yeah, the 250EX is the better trail quad with no clutch and an easier-to-use reverse...

but, the 300EX has a little more power, a little more suspension travel, and a wider stance
