recon shift problems

recon shift problems
i installed a new sensor it shifted in reverse and that was it, lights started flashing again. i can unplug the battery for a few minutes and it will again **** to reverse but that is all.

recon shift problems
with the 8 flashes, as i try the shift up button it will rock the shaft where the manual lever goes on, it seems it is trying but may be something is out of line to allow the shift to take place. any ideals??
