Hey Guys (and gals), I am getting back into the quad scene. Used to own a 2000 Rancher 2x4, and just purchased a '03 400EX.
Quad is stock for now, except for some crazy oversized rear tires which will be gone by the end of the weekend.
Have a White Bros E-Series on the way (last one Dennis Kirk had), along with a jet kit.
Glad to see lots of other riders are still around!

Man isn't that the truth. Back in the day when I was riding a KLF160 3-wheeler there were so few restrictions and so many places to ride. Now it's hard to find a place unless you or a family member or friend own a lot of land. And I lived in MO the last 20+ years where they kept restricting public lands from ATVing. I just moved to FL and am next to Apalachicola NF, so this should be great...... at least it's still open to trail riding!

There are still quite a few trails here in the state forests. There are also a few atv parks in MN. Too bad both are quite a ways away. The park they built in Gilbert is HUGE! Haven't ridden there yet, but probably next year. Money is a little tight for this year. Gotta get the rear carrier bearings replaced and get some nerf bars.
Gonna go with the Lonestar carrier, and more than likely DG nerfs...

Both the EX and Rancher are great machines (have both myslef). The 2wd Rancher is pure fun, and sporty enough that it doesn't handle clunkey like most utilities.</end quote></div>
I hear that. I had a 2000 Rancher S, that was jetted, and had Supertrapp exhaust. That thing had seen more than 10ft of air on multiple occasions. Oh how I miss my old house with around the yard moto-x track. 10ft of air is not a joke either. I had to look up quite a ways to catch the picture. I'll have to dig it up.
