Sometimes the solenoid only clicks and that's it. The next time it may start with no problem. It will start as soon as I pull the manual cord a little. The battery is good. I had it checked. It won't jump across the solenoid. Can anyone help me please? Thanks

 

maybe your starter is all corroded or locked up, or a bad starter gear
