I know the Big Gun sells rev boxes, I don't know if they are top of the line, but check them out at Biggunexhaust.com They claim it will add 3 HP and let you rev as high as the machine can...
I have heard that they can reduce the longevity of an engine, because engines aren't made to operate at the extreme utmost they can. At least that's what a friend of mine said, not sure if he is right or wrong.

i was looking at them for my 400ex i didnt know what one to get, a big gun or a dyna. They do give them more power

I got a Big Gun Exhaust on my machine, and all I've gotten from that company is perfection, from their customer service to their product itself. I think they are an American company as well, which, in my eyes at least, gives them some more credit.

where do u install it at? will u have to shift it differently or work the clutch differently?

if u have the money for a dyna go for that. i bought a AMR stage 3, and its sweet!! it goes under the front right fender right above the shock!

I have the same question except it is for the 300ex. Which one and are they good/safe?

a rev box will not add much power to a stock bike. as far as long haul reliability, never had a bike mess up because of one
