If I let my clutch out slightly faster than normal, just on the verge of spinning the tires, it chirps just as it grabs. Is this a bad sign? It seems like I have plenty of clutch left and it doesn't slip at all. Why does it chirp?

If I remember right the clutch basket and the towers that stick out will wear grooves and make some noise. I know that we had to file ours smooth, the mechanic said that it is more common on 2 strokes than four strokes. Keep in mind I'm talking about a Blaster but it is something that could be looked at.

What will happen if I don't take it apart and file it?

It can cause your clutch to slip and get the metal clutch plates between the fiber plates to get hot and warp. A downfall of not replacing the basket and filing the worn towers is that the basket will develope a knocking sound when the unit idles in neutral from the clutch plate tabs hitting on the filed sides of the basket from too much clearance.
Your squeeling sound is most likely a warped metal clutch disc or clutch springs have gone weak from heat.

It's not really a squeeling, it's just a quick, short, chirp. And not all the time. Just when I let the clutch out a little hard.

As mentioned before, a slipping clutch can cause this, the release bearing could also be dry (bearing in the clutch spring cap).
Thinking it through, I don't recall a primary reduction issue on these qhads. I would almost guarantee it is clutch related

Ok thanks. Do you think it is crucial that I tear it down right away? Probably the sooner the better right?

Ok, so if I need a clutch, just what exactly do I get? I'm sure I can do the work myself but I don't know what part/parts I need. From the link below, what do I need. Also, is there an aftermarket place I can get a cheaper clutch? Thanks.
