keep in mind. the next day or two days later it will start right up. after a week i have this problem. it is driving me crazy

 

i just put on the choke and turn it over. i don't give it any gas..

 

A rich condition favors a cold start. When you pump the throtle before a COLD start, the pumper carb injects raw fuel and that primes the carb. After it starts, I quickly idle it down by using the choke lever (not a good idea to race a stone cold engine that has thick ice cold oil in it!).

 

Like Recon said, pump the gas a few times and then hit the button with the throttle closed.
