I need help,

I have removed my front differential from a 2002 Honda Rancher TRX 350 and cant seem to figure out how to get the thing apart. Got bolts out but something seems to be holding it together. Any help from anyone who has been in my shoes will be helpful. Axles will not come out, am i missing somthing?

The bearing and sealant also hold it .. There are 2 prying points ..

Thank you for the guidance. In the picture you provided it does not show the inboard joint connectors. That is really the main parts I am having problems removing. The connectors do not seem like they are able to be removed, any ideas?

 

Oh I misread the post ... Once the knuckle is removed if the axle should pop off with a quick jerk ... Sometimes the locking ring can hold the axle on pretty good , I've used 1-2 prybars in next to the differential and hold tension on the axle while a buddy tries popping off the axle .. . On axles that are really tight I have an old Skidoo boggie wheel axle (aluminum) that I use , you can't get a straight crack at the axle in next to the differential but enough that it will break free...

 

Great, I will try that tomorrow morning. I just didnt want to get in there and break anything so i figured I would see if anyone knew. In case things inside look bad you dont know where I can find a complete new or used front differential for a 2002 honda rancher trx 350fm? Thanks again.
