Default carb issues

have a mint 93 fourtrax, sat for years. Got it running but need to have choke slightly on to run steady. any suggestions?

Take the carb off and clean the jets out.. make sure the air boot is on all the way and not sucking too much air in as well.

Yeah, most likely the gas got stale and left varnish and/or deposits in the jets.

Remove and disassemble, spray out all the passages with a good carb cleaner followed by compressed air, and reassemble.

Don't let it run lean for long or engine damage could result.
