05 Rancher ES displays an error code that blinks 3 times. When it blinks, the ES quits. Turn off quad, wait 15 seconds, turn on, no code then operates good for a while.

So what does a 3 blink code mean? I am guessing angle sensor troubles just like all other Honda ES's I read about on this board. Problem is - the local dealer wants to charge me $65 to trouble shoot this code. Gives me all this BS about needing to hook their computer up to it, etc. etc. etc. Even though I don't fix it myself, I would like to anticipate what the problem might be and the expected cost instead of paying him for analyzing it and holding me hostage.
