my grandsons honda 250x won't kickstart but if we tow it it will fire right up and run fine. we've tried a few different things like adjusting valves, cleaned carb, checked the timing and all is good or so it seems. we have a good spark.
can anyone help with other issues that may cause it not to start. thank you

 

Is the decompression valve adjusted correctly? If it isn't, it will be hard to kick and it won't turn fast enough to start.
