Most breather pipes go to the area round the airbox snorkel. I can't remember if the Recon bothers with breathers for front brake backplates, but on other models, front breathers tend to go to the headstock area. If in doubt, follow them from diff, brakes, etc, upwards to find where they terminate.

I have a 2000 250 Recon 2wd with a taller snorkel that that I go to the mud park by my house and I go deep all day and cut water wheelies. #Rip&Sip
