Ok, an update is due here because you guys have helped me so much.
See THIS THREAD to see what the latest challenge is. but, I knew that tire was wobbly when we got it.
THIS FOUR WHEELER IS RUNNING!!!!!!!!!! We did drive it for a little while yesterday and that tire is too wobbly, so we put er up till that is fixed.
The motor is awesome, doing very well indeed.purrsss even.
List of things done:
-Carb cleaned, diaphgram pole thingy cleared of some ole gunk so it works now.
-installed new air filter.
-got new tires all around: Front are new 6 ply Trailwolfs I got for 75.00 for three, new with stickers from a deal on Craigslist. Rears I went with 4 ply Trailwolfs because that is all the local dealer had and they were a little cheaper. I did that because I had to have new tires for my truck, so I asked the two working teenagers to chip in on tires for THEIR 4wheeler, so it was a lil more affordable. 80 bucks each for those. Good looking tires.
lots of cleaning /greasing.
But it is going great.
When I get that plate repaired like I referred to in that thread, we'll be good to go until something else breaks.
