Just wanting to know if the tail light on this model also should light when the brake is applied? I have an 04 and it does.

Also, How can I check to see if the fan is working, ran this machine for a while and did not see the fan on. Just want to be safe and make sure it is up to par.

I got an 2001 350 rancher and my tail light doesnt come on when the brakes are applied.. I'm pretty sure it should light up maybe not.. As for the fan the machine has to get pretty hot before it kicks on.. I had mine for like 3 months before I saw it come on once and it was like 95 out and I was in a swamp.. So Im sure the fan still works..

I am almost positive that the tail light should not light up when the brake is applied. I know someone that has a 350 Rancher, not sure of the year, but the tail light does not light up. I also had a 02 Rubicon and know someone else that has a 04 Rubicon and neither of them light up. I think all the older styles do not light up. I don't know why they made them like that. Kind of stupid if you ask me.

As for the fan, ride it around real slow for a few miles then just let it sit running idle for a few minutes. If the fan is working, that should make it come on.
