Send you old oil to these guys. They will tell you EXACTLY what the contaminant is. I've used them twice and for $20, it's great.

Since it has 75 hours I would change the piston and rings. Cylinder will probably need replating as well. Heck, while you are at it the clutch probably needs a little love too. There are plenty of people who will swear these things last forever between rebuilds, really depends how hard you ride it. Personally I think 50 hours is the max for me. Do yourself a favor and replace with a forged piston. Cast and you will be lucky to get 25 hours out of it no matter how you ride.
