Gonna take me a long time to catch up. 3100 miles. $100 part needed. I put all my weight into the foot pedal rear brake and seized it up. Not sure if it's a Polaris problem or just my tendency to break and bend things with my large gravitationally challenged self. Then again, if I was a Honda rider it probably would have bent in half from my size and abusive driving style.

the way the engine brake & adc works on the new atv's, you really never even have to use the brake all that often. The thing almost totally stops just by releasing the thumb.

those rear brake pedals on the polaris atv's have always been an issue- never worked on any of my sportsmans- even on my 09 850xp that only has about 400 miles on it- it does nothing if I stand on it.
