Default New vs old Rincon?

Thinking about purchasing a 2011 or 2012 Rincon. I owned a 2003 Rincon, and am just wondering how the new Rincons compare to the Rincon I owned before. The prior Rincon was 650cc, carburated, and had drum brakes. The new ones are 680cc, fuel injected, and have disc brakes. Is there significant difference between the new and the old Rincons? Is the new one going to feel just like the old one, and run just like the old one, except for crisper throttle response at high altitude?

I could tell a big difference between a 2003 and a 2007 way better brakes and much better power and the EFI is the best... I heard the new 11 and 12 are even better.

A buddy has an 03 and I have an 06. Shifting is firmer, runs better cold, better throttle response, a bit more power, and better brakes.

x2 on all the above posts-

I've had an 05, 06 and my buddy has an 07 efi-

The 07 is a bit quicker and cold starts are a lot less fussy.
