Default Carburator problem

I have a 2001 350 Rancher. It has been sitting up for a while. It will start but only run with the choke all the way out and I have fuel constantly running out of the tube at the bottom of the carburator.

just take the carb off and give it a good cleaning. it's all gummed up. if gas keeps pouring out the bottom, it has a stuck needle for sure. Buy some carb cleaner and a $30 gasket kit and do it right.
