honda carb question

i have a 2000 trx recon 250 they have some new carbs on ebay that say they will fit my model but they dont have the pump on top of the carb like my old carb. is there any way these will work on my atv

my question would be why a new card over rebuilding the old one? With the rebuild you know you have the right carb and no unknown issues.
