Default Honda rincon idle problem help

Hey so I have a 07 Honda 680 rincon so couple days ago I started it and was about to go ride I went to go grab a jacket and would stay running it would keep stallin after a few seconds of idling then the third time I started it wouldn't start it would just bAck fire so I changed the spark plug n it ran fine n yesterday after riding for two days it's doing the same stuff I dont know if it's the spark plug dnt have another yet but if it is what causes that or what else could it be if it's not the spark plug???

It could be anything, but I once had a Can-Am that kept needing new plugs, it turned out to be intermittently overcharging, so check that the voltage of the battery doesn’t go over 15v with the engine running, if it does, the regulator is faulty.
