Throttle some time get stuck

Hey I've got a 2000 400ex throttle gets stuck but if u push on the gas really hard it frees up.... why is this happening?

Check your cable routing for any binding along with the throttle housing components for any moisture/rust to see if it's the cause.Plus even the throttle shaft in the carb may have a little corrosion and sticking which PB Blaster,WD40 might help.
