You don't have to cut anything guys. Just take the screws out of the bottom of the silencer out ( there might be 1 or 2 i can't remember) and rev it up higher than usual for a few minutes and it suppose to blow out some carbon. Thats what the manual syas to do. I just took mine out and left them and it was a little louder. Be real careful because they are more than likely rusty and will ring off easily.

I tried to take out those bolts, they both broke off inside the holes, now I'm screwed and I don't know what to do....I got the blockers off that are on there, I turned it on and carbon was coming out, not alot though. Looked pretty damn rusty in the hole, probably from all my water riding

Don't be crazy, you need a spark arrestor in most states...legally. If you want to I have heard a 400 ex pipe or the 250ex pipe(either) will mount to the 200sx. I am now looking at the same thing on mine and I know there are some welds on the silencer. I don't know why Honda did it. Try extracting the broken bolts. I think the dremel idea would still work.

Ya my friend has a cobra pipe on his '87 suzuki 230, similar to yours bermbanger but it's red, those pipes make alot of noise, but I don't care.
I can't use a dremel because the bolts are broken off in the holes and now they are flush so I might have to heat it up with a tortch and maybe use a screwdriver to make a mould and then un-screw it out.
fastrax- My 200SX came with the racks when I bought it, but there are holes in the fenders, one on each side of about 1" in diameter.
