Yes, the bolt arm was loose and riding on the front side of the star cam wheel. Don't know how it even shifted.

Got home today threw the oil back in and it runs flawlessly. I bough this bike Monday and was beginning to think I couldn't fix it. Couldn't be happier and thanks for the help. You got me started in the right direction.
