can you use the stock heel guards on the regular ac nerfs without cuting the support bar on the heel guard?

Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure that you can. I've heard some people say that they left their heel guards on but I imagine that the only way they did that was by leaving the support guards on. Unless that is there are screws that also hold the guard on.

I'm pretty sure you can do it on a raptor, but i have no idea about a 400ex, but I'd say about 95% yes, I havent really payed alot of attention to the 400ex pegs, but on the raptor i have seen some people, where it bolts to the peg, just run a bolt all the way through that connects both the heel guards and the nerfs.

I know I'm not good at descriptions, so do you understand what i mean?
