Hey Quadfather,I really get a kick out of your expert product evaluations here.Especially the one "also agreed that the Praire was cheaply built. He said the thickness of the plastic was a joke, and you could just about push your finger through it" and "The Griz and Praire were just about equal in power and speed, with the Griz having a slight advantage. He said they noticed after riding all of the quads, that the Rubicon seemed more like a 300 cc class quad ".

Any way Quadfather, thanks again for a good laugh.Once again you prove that you know so little about quads, with the exception of your mighty Polaris Sport.

Those weren't my evaluations. I have never ridden a 650 Praire, or the new Grizz. I simply went to a dealership that sold all but the Polaris, asked the salesman if he has ridden the new Griz yet, and he proceeded to ramble on for about a half an hour. I appreciated his honesty, though. All the quads he told me about are in the same price range, so he would've had nothing to gain by steering me towards the Grizz.

Ok Quadfather,I just cant believe you would post something as silly as "the thickness of the plastic was a joke, and you could just about push your finger through it" COME ON have you even looked at a 650 Kawi?I don't care what someone told you thats silly, and it seems like you just want to down everything that is not a Polaris. You posted that, wow.

I've read more than one magazine's test on the Kawasaki. Each one I read mentioned the thickness of the plastic being extremely thin. I also mentioned weeks ago that I was impressed with my first ride on a Rubicon. I've also mentioned in this forum many times that I do not like, nor would I own a Polaris utility machine, mainly due to their excessive weights. If you look at my signature, you would see that I own a Yamaha as well as a Polaris.

I would never buy any bike in its first production year(again). My 2000 425 Xpedition has loads of trouble and was an early first year bike.
Polaris is a good bike in the mud, when and if it runs. I saw a Kawa 650 at the river and it looked good in the mud, but let 'em work out the bugs.

Me, I do not like the auto trans, and polaris well, just say no. I think a Honda 450s with the HL locker/unlocker is the way to go.

Reasons to ride a HONDA:
1. My polaris is broken.

Well, i've decided to put a lift kit and 26' tires on my rancher. I decided to wait a year and see if the grizzly660 is really what everyone says that it will be.

Thanks for your opinions.
