hey everybody trying to put osme new pads ont he front of the ol' 300ex and i got one side on (the right) but i cant get the other side on. i can get the pads onto the caliper just fine but i cannot get the whole caliper unit mounted back onto the steering knuckle..they is some "nub" ill call it on the caliper bracket that seems to make it impossible to get the unit on..i dont know how i managed to get the other side on! but anyway how do you 300ex owners change you pads?? (and dont tell me to go to the dealer! hehe) tell me your secrets! if you need me to elaborate i can..thanks!

If you can wait till tommarow morning, I could scan and e-mail you the brake-changing section out of the 300ex service manual, if you want it.

 

i have a factory honda service manual but it doesnt tell crap it is basicly a parts diagram book and isnt helpful..nut if yours is more explainitory than thatm then that would help probably...disposiblesandman@yahoo.com is my addy if you want to do that...thanks for the speedy reply and if your manual is more helpful than mine then that would be cool if you sent that thanks alot man!
