the reccomended sag for the front shocks are typically 20% of the total travel. I forget the total inches for the stock shocks, but you can look up the specs and do the math. The difference of 20% should be compared to the quad in the air vs. your but in the seat. For example...9 inch travel would have 1.8 inches of sag...adjust the shocks using the front bumper as a constant.
