Ok,
I know this sounds stupid, but i have tried everything to get this stripped lugnut off my 300ex front tire. i have used wd40, an airgun, different sockets, and tonight i broke a breaker bar trying to get it off. the bolt is pretty much rounded all of the way around.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanx

I'd make sure you're using a 6 tooth socket and not a 12 tooth socket. Makes a big difference. If the nut is really rounded off, break out the torch...

I thought about bustin out the torches but there is one drawback.
My aluminum rim would be junk after the torch was used by it.

I think everyone has probably stripped a nut now and then.
If you have dremal, Make a small slot in the nut...Get a nice sharp chizel and give it a crack. It will break. Just be careful not to ruin the threads in the process. But don't fret...even if you wreck the threads on the stud. A new one for that machine can be had for around $5.

I had the same problem,, I used the dremel like it was suggested,
but i cut a slit in each side of the nut, and i just fell off, when
i tried to turn it with vise grips......
