Im a 16 year old and onloy weigh 110 pounds and it is hard for me to wheelie my recon without popping the clutch. I know popping the clucth is hard on a bike, but will it hurt my clutch if if a do every now and then. and im thinking of putting a set of tires on for trail/mud/snow any suggestions would help.

If your only poping the clutch every now and then it will be OK. But if you do it alot than after tiem you can kiss your clutch goodbye, I ruined my old recons clutch be doing that.

I thought the recon had an auto clutch?

By pushing down on the gear shift lever slightly (not quite shifting down) you can rev the motor and have it inbetween gears, when you let off the lever it pops the auto clutch.

Stay away from popping the auto clutch suddenly into gear. This is pretty bad for the tranny. As for tires try GBC Dirt Devils 22x11x9. They're pretty cheap and work relatively well.

Default recon wheelies

If you can't get your recon up without popping it into gear you aren't doing something right. I can do a wheelie all day without popping the clutch at all. Try putting your knee on the seat and haul on the bars in second. i can go from 1st gear to 4th.
