I run Pro Tapers on my R. Great bars. I think the Tag T2's are just too stiff. I like for my bars to have a little "play" in them, and Tag's rattle my can too much. If you take the cross bar off, they will be the same as Pro Tapers. Renthal bars are okay, but they aren't as strong as the above mentioned. I like Renthals. I run CR Low Bend.

If you really want strong than get Renthal twin wall bars. There strong as heck but there pricey too.

I agree. Renthal "Strong Bars" or "Fat Bars" are the exact same design as Pro Taper and Tag. They are thicker in the clamp area, and then taper out to the handles. I have seen a pair of Fat Bars snapped off at the clamps though.

Pro Taper and Tag require you to buy a mounting kit. The kit bolts on to the stock handlebar clamps, and allows you to run these bars. The "fat" design is wider/thicker than stock, so you must have more area to mount them. Pro Taper mounts are $89. I THINK you can get the whole kit for $139 from Rocky Mountain ATV
