I recently purchased a 02' Recon ES and we just got it serviced
a week ago.Now it will not shift until you ride for about 2 minutes.
It never had this problem before they adjusted it.I just wanted to
know if anybody with an ES had that problem.

 

I don't have an ES, but my utilities are often hard to shift out of 1st while they are cold. It's still on warranty. I would take it back and see what they have to say. They may have adjusted the clutch which made it worse.
