JRM... yeah mine did that too for a while after i started it up but i live in Montana where it is exteremly cold sometimes during the winter.... i ran the f*ck out of my 200sx and everything busted on it instead of the frame and the engine but for some mysterious reason the only thing that busted on the engine was the oil pan for some reason

Oh the memories, I used to ride an old 200SX when I first started riding and that thing was a like a tank. Those little bikes were indestructable, we would ride that thing for hours on end without a break. I remember trips to Mexico blasting and jumping that thing through the dunes all day long. Truly one of the best quads ever built, not to mention that a tank of gas would last forever!

Hey JRM.. mines got a knock.. its causes in something in the clutch though rather then in the engine.. listen to the noise.. is it comming from the right side of left side of the engine >? mine sounds like its about to throw a rod.. once it warms up its all good.. i took it to the local honda dealer and he said its nothing to worry about . someday im going to take the clutch appart tho and figure out why it sounds the way it does.. it sat for 5 years so i think that might have something to do with it.. it does seem to be getting better the more time i have on it .
