Ok since so many peeps are interseted in how I got my R back I will post it again since it got deleted

Tuesday evening my mom went home and found the glass in the door punshed out. She looked inside and saw that it was gone, she drove to my dads shop and told him, then she went to my grandparents house and called me, I was rippen mad. My grandfather came and got my while I mom called the popo's and went to the house to deal with them. I rolled up in the yard in the caddy and saw 2 crewsers, my moms blazer, and my dads jeep. I went in and to my horror it was really gone. I told one of the cops what happend and I looked for tracks in my yard, there were tracks right out into my trail. I followed them and they led right to the road. This led me to beleave it was someone who knew me cause A. I recently got it running and not too many people knew and B. It was someone who knew my trail. We got a new piece of glass and popped it in. Then it was off to New Boston cause things that are stolen usually wind up out there. I drove by my "friend" Jakes house and saw Ohtsu Radial tracks. I stopped and asked Jake if he knew anything about it. He didnt seem suprised that it was missing, I asked whos tracks were in his yard and he said they were my friend Tuckers. I knew he was full of it right then cause Tucker has turftamers. I rode through the pits and trials out there in our Jeep, My tracks were all over the place. Searched around with no luck, it was getting dark so he called it a night. I called the cops an gave them the info about my R, serial # and such. 10:45 A Dunbarton (my town) cop calls up and says that the cop handling mky case went on vacation until friday and that he had a lead as to who did it. I was really mad that he didnt pass it off to another cop..... Wednesday I call Jake to see if he had seen it, I didnt want to let on I knew he did it incase he ran or sank it in a swamp or something. I got his mother and asked if she knew anything, turns out she did, Jake admitted having something to do with it and his dad called the cops and told them. BUT she wouldnt tell me anything she just pretended that didnt happen. She asked, "Have you seen Jake?" The kid ran away! Next day nothing...I thought. 9:30 AM Thursday I hear a Diesel truck roll in my yard, I figured it was someone asking about the camper we haev for sale, I got dressed and then heard, "Zeb, you might wanna come down here" I was like, what the heck, thats my dad, whats he doing home. I ran down and there was my R, beaten up but still there. When he got home that night he told me how he found it. He was at work and then he got a phone call, they told him if he ever wanted to see it again go to New Boston out in some pit or something. He went and got it. Friday rolls around, the cop calls, we had to go to the station and give statements. He said that he hoped to find Jake soon and he would try and get him to confess. Friday night I got an IM from a friend who said he saw Jake riding my R down the highway on Tuesday. Saturday comes, Jake was arrested and he was sent to YDC or something like that. Today he had a juvy hearing today at 11:00. Not sure how that went but I will keep you posted.

Now for the damages.

Rear Plastic
Clutch
1 Grip missing
Kill switch missing
New Ohtsu radials had been smoked
Seat pan broke
Seat latch broke
Factory decals torn off
flat tire
registration gonna

Doesn't seem like alot of stuff but that stuff ends up to be ALOT of $$ to replace.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT DELETE THIS POST, I AM A VERY SLOW TYPER AND THIS TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO TYPE OUT. THANKS, ZEB.

PS please don't post anything negative to this cause I don't want it to get locked up, don't post anything like, "you should kick his ***" or "break some stuff and get more $$"

THANK YOU, KILLER.

I must say i am glad that it was a happy ending. I have 2 friends that have had bikes or quads stolen and never saw them again. This kind of stuff shouldnt be happening but what can we do? Lock that stuff up better or buy a guard dog. But good for you. You are one of the lucky few who get their stuff back.
Good day.
