Know anything about Honda Street bikes? Is this a good deal?

I sold my '97 CBR1100XX Super Blackbird one year ago. It was in perfect condition, 5,500 miles. I advertised it for 2 months. I settled for $5,000. It was a comfortable bike with a buttload of power. More comfy than a 900rr by far in my opinion, and just as quick, faster top end.
