SirClip,

If you are looking for a cheap, but potent engine. look for the Kawasaki KZ650(in-line4), Kawasaki ruled the 70's with the KZ line-up. They are everywhere and you should be able to pick one up for around 200 bucks. After finding one and putting it in your Blaster frame, make sure everything works together. Then, take the motor back out,and find you someone that can make that 650 SCREAM!!!!!!!! It shouldn't be to hard, just go to the local drag strip, and most of the "drag bikes" are based off of the 650's big brother the KZ1000. Someone in this group will be able to "message" your 650 into a 100h.p. monster!!!!!!!GOOD LUCK.

Side note: If I were you I would get rid of the Blaster frame and find youself a Warrior frame(atleast). It will give you more room for your engine, and will hold the STRESS of a heavier, more powerful engine.my.02

SirClip,
I just don't get it. I would just rather purchase a nice used quad and ride the sucker.

All this wrenching and such would give me a headache and then I would have to go to the beach and watch all the natives in there bikinis just to get my brain back in the correct state of mind. There is just to many variables in all this engine switching and what have you gained.

I don't want to go searching through your other posts so what have you been riding in the past.

I could go out right now and lets say purchase a 99 400EX in pretty good shape (couple hundred hours) and more than likely out ride you on whatever you have concocted up.

I am not knocking you if that's what you want to do but There is a lot of skill involved in riding a quad or dirtbike and you only get that by the accumulation of hours riding not by wrenching all the time.

I am going to get on something right now and go riding.

Chet
