Default outlaw clutch kit for Rubicon

Hi all,
I would like to hear from people who have installed the outlaw clutch kit in a Rubicon.

How hard is the install? What difference did it make to the quad etc...?

The install is a little harder on a Rubicon than other Hondas. The main reason is the Rubicon has the oil tank that must be removed. Other than that its not too bad to install.

Basically it raises your RPM for engagement. This will put you higher in the power band for turning big tires. Its a mod for mudders, not trail riders.

Thanks TEXMud,
I want this upgrade for mudding, but when it is not mud season, I do a LOT of trail riding on frozen trails etc... Will it affect my trail riding, or just not show any benefit in that area?
thanks

It will affect how you take off from a complete stop. It will take a little more gas to get moving. Once you are moving it has no effect.
