I be runnin 35psi in ma daytons on the trail and polishin em up about evey fiteen feet to keep my shizz clean....i'm flossin out on the trail yo.

But in my holeshots I like to run about 4 pounds so as not to flat spot the rims and to still have a comfortable ride. I personally like Renthal CR lo bend but most people don't like that unless they have a +1 stem.

Yeah you can paint your a-arms no need to replace them...

Ahh... a simpleton I see. "Renthal" is a company that make "Handlebars" the things your hands go on where the clutch levcer, throttle, front break lever, and various other components are located. " CR lo" refers to the "bend" or shape of the handlebars, some are high or lower then others with different "sweeps" which is how the bars bend back towards the rider. "CR" stands for the dirtbike made by Honda. "lo" stands for low as in the opposite of high bars like on the stock 400EX. Now it gets tricky....a "stem" is short for "stearing stem" that is the shaft that runs from the "handlebars" down to the bottom of the frame with "tierods" connected to both sides of it. A "+1 stem" is a stem that is one inch taller then the "stem" that came from the factory on your 400EX. I hope this translated version can suit your needs better then my previous extremely complex post. Sounds like you got a good deal. Don't drive too fast or you might drive right out of that little state.

when u have painted the A-arms put duck tape on them where the skid plates bolt to the A-arm because it will stop the paint being scratched off again and rust, and do the same if u get nerf bars to. im not sure if they sell it in america but i use wd-40 after i wash my atv. what you do is spray it all over the bike and it soaks up any water and stops it from rusting, and it acts as a lubricant aswell.

WD-40 is commonly available in America and can make your quad look nice. However WD-40 dries out rubber...like in seals...so it may not be such a good idea to put it all over your quad. And dust really likes to stick to it. I like to use a product called "black magic" it's made for tires but it will shine anything and it's silicone based so it won't dry anything out.
