I think he meant cheesy state.

 

going to prison for life is much harsher than getting the death penalty for him, just think what will happen to him in jail....

as far as guilt, of course he was guilty, his inconsistencies and lies proves his guilt....

its unfortunate it had to happen, i don't doubt there were some racial slurs, but I wasn't there so I couldn't say so, his actions were uncalled for no matter if the situation was much worse.....this of this group of people, there were many of them, including women, they weren't going to shoot at anyone, etc....Vang shot 4 of the 6 that he killed, in the back as they were trying to get away....all but one person was unarmed....he chased some of them down to try to kill them, so that there were no witnesses...

they also had a similar shooting in wisconsin a couple of years ago that they never found the perp....but the vehicle that was seen leaving the area, a Nissan PU, was what Vang owned at that time....looks like he could have possibly done it before....

he'll get his dues in jail.....right up the a$$....
