Default What should I be looking for with tach and clutching

I installed a tach, and I have an EPI pro kit, HMF says peek torque is at 2000 rpm and peek HP is at 7800rpm. The EPI kit stalls till 2700 rpm, what should I be looking for.

I ran the V-Force just now and with the EPI kit it's at 6800 rpm at WOT, HMF said peak HP is made at 7800 rpm what needs to be changed the spring or the weights. Thanx
