Default Belt Ajustment And Spring

How do i check it to make sure it is good and what are the shims and where are they.

I would like to know more about the spring I have read so much about, Is there a site I can read more on this.

If no site it sure would be nice if someone could do a write up one this with some pics where everything is and what
it does for you when you change springs.

Im sure im not the only one who would like to know more from the experts on here. It sounds like a good way to improve your bike.

Thanks.

When you need to know anything about a Prairie 650, there is only one site to go to... http://atv.dnsalias.com/index.cgi?view=prairie650 If your dealer has any questions, they can go there also for help LOL!

This site is from callsign NYROC. He posts here regularly and helps us all out!

As ConMan stated above, checking out Nyroc's site is a requirement and yes there will be an exam later on the items contained there. Seriously though, it has a vast amount of info that no P650 owner should be without. Thanks again, Nyroc. If you have any questions after looking it over then post again and someone will be glad to help you out. Enjoy.

There are 4 shim thicknesses. I bought them all, so that I ALWAYS had the right shims for the job, and didn't have to wait for them to be ordered, shipped in.
