You can get a little in the front by moving the struts up in the knuckle. Gets you about an inch. This is how the Quad Boss lift kit raises the front. I bought it and saw that it was a little bracket in the back and instructions to move the strut up in the front. I sent it back. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that to the strut although there are people on here that have done it. It just seemed like a rip off to pay a company to tell me to do that.

I if your don't mind a stiffer ride in the front get a set of progressive springs for the front gives you 1-2" lift dependng on how high you crank the ajustment ring. On the back I cut the lower part of the shock off by the mounting eye and welded a 1 1/2" spacer in where I cut the shock and welded the eye back on.
