Hey, Kiss
I have the EPI "Pink" spring that I bought for my V. I have been reluctant to install, I am a afraid that it might boot out quicker or earlier than a stock spring, causing the bike to freewheel sooner on steep down hills. This would/could be problem in the XC racing that I do.

I think I will wait till later this fall, after done racing to see if I like it or not.

Your more than welcome to use it for your testing, if EPI doesn't come thru for U. Pm me your snail mail addy and I will send it to you......just send back ...please

Didnt get to go to VA today. My wife is feeling bad and didnt feel like making the trip. Anyway I ordered the Daytona Tach from Dennis Kirk. I called EPI and the girl I talked to said I needed to call back Monday and talk with the owner. So, I will do that.

Mike, If you dont mind send the P700 spring. I will email you with the address.

tarrat103, thats for your offer. If EPI doesnt come through Monday morning then I will email you my address.

Paul, I will look for the springs in the mail.

Thanks to everyone elses info.

Also, everyone will get reimbursted for their shipping charges when I return the springs.

I cant ride on the trails yet because of my broke heel bone trying to heal. This will give me something to do thats ATV related and its something I have wanted to do for months now.

Yo, Tarrat 103 PUT THAT PINK spring in,man. It is great. Yes it does cause the bike to free wheel a little sooner, but you'll get used to it. It only freewheels a very low speed anyway. You won't be in that freewheel envelope much on a V-700 . I ride fast trails in WNF in S.E. Ohio, and in WVa, at Hat/McCoy, and use the black AND the pink springs. This combo works for me. I think the pink spring will fill your needs perfectly! You have nothing to lose, put in the pink............................
