I HAVE 27 ITP 598 ON C SERIES THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE!!!! i was worried they would ride bad...BUT THEY DO THINGS I NEVER THOUGHT
THEY WOULD(and ride better).....they are only a couple inches wider..whats more impressive is the 27 inch upgrade gave me a HUGE improvement in CLEARANCE......the c series wheel with the tires is a bit heavier but it seems to make it more stable..i allready bent a front stock rim
i run 3 in frt and 4 in back.....either go gentle with the atrs or go big with the 589s

Why C-series over stock rims?
I have stock rims with 28" zillas and have had no problems with them handeling the extra weight of the tires plus I've had about 4-5 feet of air. The only time I put a ding in the bead area was with the stock tires on. That's because they offer no bead protection.

Why C-series over stock rims?
~ Terrain and how you Ride. ~ I live on the eastcoast and most of the Terrain I ride is VERY rocky!! Besides a few wetland areas in my home state where the C-series held up fine, In the ROCKS they didnt hold up all that well! When this wheel breaks there is NO banging it back! Being cast they just seem to brake off in chunks~LOL.( I lost TWO wheels on one rock!) If your ever 20 miles plus up in the mountains and bang a rock its nice to be able to bang the rim back, Plug your flat and roll on. With ANY cast wheel this cant be done. The C-series wheels sure look good and are great for muddin and hard pack trails I guess, but in my oppion I wouldnt own them again And wouldnt put them back on any of my quads. I Like ITP but not this product.

just wanted to run this by y'all
I have a P700 and a 650. The 650 has 26" mudlites and c series rims.
I am putting a lift on the 700 and switching my 26 inch tires to it. I think I i will keep the stock rims on the 700 . I hear that the off set of the c series rims adds a total width of 2 inches extra. Since I will be adding extra height and not using the c series I feel as if I should use 1 inch spacers to make up for it.
If I use the c series and 1 inch spacers I will be 4 inches wider than stock. HMmmmm

Deer Hunter, I thought I read in a previous post that you were going to use this quad mostly for hunting. If that is the case, stay away from lift kits and wheel spacers. Both products have their potential downfalls. Lift kits can cause premature CV failure due to increased driveline angles, wheel spacers put added stress on your wheel studs (and are just kind of cheesy if you asked me).
If you are out in the woods and find something that you can't power over or through, go around it. If you are worried about getting hung up, get a good winch. Hope this helps.

Why C-series over stock rims?
Brian T, you are right about lift kits. When I made my lift kit for my 650, I jacked up my 650, took off the nut on top of the struts and put a smaller jack under the a-arm. I slowly rotated the tire and let the jack under the a-arm down until I could feel the tire rotation start to get notchy. I found that anything over about 1 1/2 inches is too much for the front CVs, so I made my lift 1 1/4 inches.
