For anyone that's adding a Warn winch to their Prairie,you will be better off to mount the contactor box farther toward the rear, instead of
under the seat. There is alot of extra cable left if you choose to mount the contactor under the seat, and it's not fun trying to figure out
how to arrange it neatly. Unless you don't mind shortning the cable and adding new ends, I don't recommend putting the contactor box under the seat.

I mounted mine In the storage box with 4 bolts there i s still room 4 the tool kit and a 25 foot tow rope

 

I shortened mine and added new ends - it took about 10 extra min. to shorten them.

 

I burned mine up trying to pull out a truck. I know what your going to say , but hay she was cute.

 

I put mine under the seat and just looped the extra cables and zip tied them all together. It'll do me for now and leaves me an out to redo it later if required.
