Default What about procom cdi for the V-Force?

I asked this in another thread. However, Procom is offering a CDI that increases your rev limiter and re-adjust your timing curve. I think it was listed for $139 or something. What is this thing about?

i read a thread that stated a fellow receieved it and all it did was pop and skip. nothing further. let me correct this. just read a thread that said he bought a couple for his 400 and he felt a decent differance from stock.

Let me know what you find out, I am very curious. I remember the thread from someone that it just spit and sputtered, I also remember he installed the race version on a stock wheeler. I dont remember for sure if it was procom or something else.

I have the standard ( non race) version with the rectifier for the KFX400 from ProCom. I just finalized my jetting today and plan on trying it next week. I'll let you know how it runs on the 400 if you are interested.
