Gates is in the process of testing their OE replacement belt for the Kawasaki Prairie 650. Should be ready in a couple months.

Unfortunately, they have no plans on making belts for the 360 or 700.

 

dumb question but if you can put a 700 belt in a 650 what stops you from putting a 650 belt in a 700?

 

Thats what they just did on mine ; put a 700 belt in my 650.

By the way , Kawi 650, did you get that message I sent you yesterday?

I sure would like to know how you got that info. I worked gates over pretty good a while back and drew up a dead end.

 

An email inquiry was sent to gates about Kawi replacement belts and gates replied back with the details. The person who sent the email inquiry to gates sells gates belts.

hey guys i talked to dayco there coming out with a belt for the ac 650-p700 late spring improved belt less slippage and more durable the best thing is going to be the cost like 1/2 of what ac wants
