What the procedure for using reverse. Got my 91 today. I see a button on the dash that says reverse but I have no idea how to use it.

are you sh!ting me. you did all that fixing to your lt and dont know how to work a reverse. anyway k. ofcoarse pull your clutch and engage it in first first. make sure its in first so your not half way inbetween nuetral and first.so let the clutch out a bit till you here it catch and then pull your clutch back in. turn the reverse *** and push the shift leaver down again. then there let go of the **** and its in reverse! to get out just shift up into first. well i guess everyones gota learn sometime!

 

Hey man, whats with the sarcasim? The LT doesn't have reverse. Anyway, thanks. I'll give it a whirl on the weekend. The guy I bought it from did it but it was a small dealer who had taken it on trade and it appeared he just go lucky in doing it himself.

Sounds like reverse is almost like 2 down. Neutral is kind of hard to find on this one too.
