Default Vforce clutch

Hi, I just recently purchased a new Vforce. I see a lot of you guys listing "a pink spring" in your list of mods on your bikes. What does it do for you?, and where do you get it?, and is there any draw backs to this modification? So far I love this bike. I used to be two stroke all the way. NO more!!!

the pink spring is the primary clucth spring. What it does is changes when the machine shifts out...umm the only draw back is the stall(when the clutch first engauges) is set a little higher but you get use to it as I have heard from other people. Congrats on the new ride and be carefull with that plasitc!

edit: for all you clutching gurus out there if I am wrong please correct me

Welcome aboard, and good luck with that V-Force. Where is Spring City at anyway? (I'm in Cedar City).

So you're pretty close to Nephi, which is just a stones throw from Sand Mountain, ... that's gotta be nice. I'll be at Sand Mountain for Easter weekend, so look for my Lava Red V if you're in the area.

Mnfriesen, belt engagement is still the same(0 right off idle)....shiftout is higher and lets the V rev out more to make better use of it's power before it shifts....
