Where to buy BIAS Bighorn tires?
Thanx guys,
I called those places/people today (and checked with several other atv tire places) and was told by everyone (including a Maxxis rep) that they stopped making the Bias version of the Bighorn. I was very dissappointed b/c I don't like the extra weight of the radial version. Maxxis rep told me they are now working on trying to reduce the weight of the radial version for the future.
Oh well, I guess I'll go buy my 2nd favorite choice...Bearclaws. They are cheaper and seem to be a decentn all around tire.
Happy trails...

Thr tread depths is 1". They are long lasting tires. The tread is dense, about 50% open. That means it isn't the best mud tire but is well protected against damage and is very long lasting.
I would have purchased the radial Bighorns by now if it weren't for the extra weight.

Crekrunner,
RADIAL BIGHORN
The (ft) 25x8x12 Radial Bighorns and (rr) 25x10x12 Radial Bighorn weigh 21.4 lbs and 27.1 lbs respectively (total weight of 4 tires is 97 lbs).
BIAS BIGHORN (now discontinued)
However, the now discontinued Bias Bighorns weigh only (ft) 19.2 lbs and (rr) 20.1 lbs respectively (total weight of 4 tires is only 78 lbs).
I'm also told that the Bighorns are a relatively tall tire compared to most 25" tires.
PS - B/c of the heavy weight of the Radial Bighorns, I ended up buying 25" Bearclaws today which weigh (ft) 18 and (rr) 23 for 82 lb. of total weight (4 tires).
